2 heads romaine lettuce, shredded

6 roma tomatoes, sliced

2 avacados, sliced

2 oz. asiago cheese, slivered

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing:

4 lemons, juiced

drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

beau monde, light sprinkling

celery salt, light sprinkling

pink himilayan sea salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

Layer ingredients, starting with the lettuce and ending with the olive oil. Toss well, Serves 20.
