2 lobster tails, boiled

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup mayonaise

2 scallions, chopped

1/4 green bell pepper, chopped finely

sea salt, to taste

fresh ground black pepper, to taste

2 avacados, halved

sprinking celery salt

Peel the avacados and sprinle them lightly with celerey salt. Mix all other ingreditns together in a large bowl. Scoop the lobster mixture and place on the avacado halves. Serves 4.
