Green Salad
Boston lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 avacado, sliced
1/2 cup green peas
shredded mexican cheese
pecan pieces
Dressing:
1/4 lime
1/2 orange
drizzle pomogranite oil
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
garlic salt to taste
beau monde to taste
celery salt to taste
fresh back ground pepper to taste
Layer ingredients in a bowl, starting with the lettuce and ending with the nuts, add dressing and toss. Serves 2.
