1/2 avocado, diced

3 pieces bacon, cooked and shredded

1/2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled


1/2 lime, juiced

drizzle jalapeño olive oil

drizzle pomogranite vinegar

celery salt, sprinkle

beau monde, sprinkle

sea salt, to taste

fresh ground black pepper, to taste
