Greek Salad
2 heads romaine, shredded
2 cucumber, diced
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup pitted kalmata olives, sliced
1/4 red onion, chopped finely
2 sprigs fresh basil, shredded
2 sprigs fresh oregano
Dressing:
3 limes, juiced
sea salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
extra virgin olive oil, drizzle
Place fresh ingredients in a large bowl starting with the lettuce and ending with the olive oil. Toss well. Serves 20.
