Mixed greens

1 cup wild rice, cooked.

1/2 cup green peas, cooked

2 tomatoes, chopped

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup pecan pieces


1/2 orange, juiced

pomagranite vinegar, drizzle

extra virgin olive oil, drizzle

onion powder, sprinkle

beau monde, sprinkle

celery salt, sprinkle

sea salt, to taste

fresh ground black pepper to taste

Toss well. Serves 12.
